Are tickets transferable?
Absolutely! Your ticket is fully transferable. Just shoot us an email at chris@beatsontheblock.com with the proof of purchase and the new ticket holder’s first and last name.
Do I have to print my ticket?
Printing your ticket isn’t necessary. We offer convenient mobile tickets for your ease of access.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
Please note that our bass festival event is strictly for guests aged 21 and above.
How do I get to the venue?
Getting to E 400 Shoreline Dr, Long Beach, is a breeze, and we’re excited to welcome you! If you’re driving, just hop on the I-710 freeway and take the Shoreline Drive exit. Cruise along Shoreline Drive until you spot E 400 Shoreline Dr on your right. Parking is a snap at the Marina, right by the water and super close to the venue. If you’re opting for public transit, catch a bus or train to Long Beach Transit Mall, then hop on the free Passport Shuttle, which drops you off nearby. And for those who prefer rideshare services, simply punch in the address, and you’ll be whisked away to E 400 Shoreline Dr.

Parking is hassle-free! You’ll find ample parking available at the Marina, conveniently located right by the water. Accessing our bass festival venue is as simple as crossing the street.
